Invoice sending pre set text

How do I change pre set text that apples to a email invoice on sending? I have to edit it every time And this takes up time

Hello Apple24, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

If you go the the main cog wheel>account and settings> sales>messages> you can fill in the message you want to send to your customers and then click save and done

I don’t have those settings on my phone app? 

under settings nothing for sales etc

The steps provided above are intended for a browser. You'll need to login to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company using a computer. Since both platforms sync with each other, any changes made from one will reflect with the other.
