Invoices 1001-1008 do not appear on my statement Can Quickbooks provide copies of the individual invoices as I need them for my tax return.

Hello there, @notability17.

 

The transaction page will depend on the information your bank share with us. If the invoice is already paid, let's manually add the transaction so you can use it for your tax return. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Tap the Transactions tab to choose the Add transaction button.
  2. Fill in the necessary information.
  3.  Click Save

 

You can also pull up the Profit and Loss report. This will show the summary or details of your invoices. Just a heads up that the file type for this is JSON, so you'll need to find a converter from JSON to Excel or Doc.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports on the left menu and choose Profit and Loss.
  2. Run the report and then check the date range from the drop-down menu at the top of the report.
