Hi, 

 

I would like to open invoices in a different template then the one that is used currently. Template was already created but I have to choose TEMPLATE each time I open an invoice.

 

Is there a way how you can choose a default template?

Hi aarona-borg

 

When you create the invoice within QuickBooks the way you view the invoice and where you enter the data can't be changed, it is when you select print or preview that you will see the different style of template. Before selecting the print or preview you can select the customise option and choose the template you would like to use. You can also set a particular invoice style as the default style by selecting the cog icon in the top right hand corner of the screen > custom form styles > to the right of the invoice you want to set as default select the drop down menu to the right of edit and select Make default.
