Question

Invoices are not working in the app. When I use desktop my logo, payment details and default settings are all there, but when I create an invoice in app they are blank

    For iOS:

    1. Go to Settings, then tap General.
    2. Tap iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online app.
    3. Tap Offload App.
       

     

    For Android:

    1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
    2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
    3. Tap YES to confirm.

     

    This will free up the storage without deleting your app's documents and data.

     


    If you still encounter blank invoices after refreshing the app, we advise uninstalling and reinstalling it to get the latest version, which could help restore the default settings of the application.

    Hi 

     

    Thanks for getting back to me. 

     

    I have already tried clearing the cache and storage in my phones app settings, as well as reinstalling the QuickBooks app. 

     

    Those instructions you have shared for the android QB app don't appear to apply on my phone. When I'm in the QuickBooks app, I can only see MENU > GEAR ICON > and then no option for refreshing data?
