Is anybody else having an issue with a Cater Allen and connectivity?

I'd be glad to assist you today so you can update Cater Allen and bring up all your transactions.

First off, we can start a manual download to get the latest available transactions. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Transactions then click on Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.

 All of your linked bank and credit card accounts are updated as a result. If QuickBooks downloads more transactions, there will be more transactions in each account tile.

To check if the error has something to do with your bank, let's check your bank's website:

1. Go to Banking then select Transactions.
2. Select Link account. We won't be adding an account, we just need the URL.
3. Search for your bank.
4. Copy the URL listed for your bank.
5. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.

If you sign in, it's a good sign that there isn't a major issue. Let's proceed and check the following:

• Account messages, notifications, or alerts.
• Display issues
• Announcements about new security requirements.

If everything looks good, perform a manual download once again.

However, if the issue persists even after performing the steps below, you might've recently updated anything on your bank's info and haven't updated what's in QuickBooks as well. With this, I'd recommend doing so to avoid any errors.
