Is anyone else having bank reconnection problems this week? Normally it goes through OK. I get a blank page with static-fdpwidgets.intuitcdn.net each attempt

As per checking, we have an ongoing investigation regarding a bank connection issue with a blank screen with the URL showing as ''Static-fdpwidgets.intuitcdn.net'' in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please be assured that our engineers are diligently working to identify the cause of the issue and provide you with a resolution. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team to add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates about the ongoing investigation via email.

  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Please give a brief description of the problem and tap Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
