Is anyone else having difficulty emailing payslips?

Our customers are recently encountering an error when sending payslips to their employees. Our Product Engineering team is already aware of this and is now working for a solution. 

In the meantime, you can download the payslip to your desktop and send them to the employees manually. See this article for more information: View Pay Slips in QuickBooks Online Advanced Payroll. 

To constantly receive an update about this, you can be added to the email list by reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Then, let them add you to Investigation No. 44987. You'll then receive an email notification once we resolve the issue.
