Is anyone having problems getting to the online Helpdesk, I have tried a number of times and keep getting the same message ' Please refresh and start a new conversation'?

We're not aware of any widespread issues with this, please see if you're able to access our support services through the link here - if this does not load, please check for any browser issues by copy and pasting the link into a private browsing window (on Chrome, you can open this by pressing Ctrl + Shift +N).
