Is anyone having problems using the new PVA 20% import tax code? I keep getting a message to say that QB has encountered an error when calculating the tax.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I didn't find any screenshots on your latest post, but that's fine. 

I checked and found out that there's an open investigation for the specific issue you stated above. With that said, I suggest you contact our Technical Support team for further assistance. What they can do is add you to the list of our affected users. As soon as an update becomes available, you'll receive an email notification.
