Is anyone having trouble with email payslips not dispalying correctly when opened?

I've checked with our engineers, and haven't found any reported issues similar to yours.

 

Have you tried opening the payslips in the Incognito window? Private browsing prevents cookies from being stored on your computer, making it a great place to identify browser issues.

 

If not, try these keyboard shortcuts to start a private window:

 

Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
Internet Explorer: press Ctrl Shift P
Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If it works, clear the browser's cache. This clears the history or log of sites you visited to resolve problems with web pages.

Thanks for that I will get them to try that 

Would it be the same on mobile phone I think most of the employes only have smartphones not computers

From the picture Ive been sent it looks like you can only see the corner of the payslip

Your employees payslips will be received into their inbox and when they open i it should open in their default browser, if they are using a smart phone. They could attempt to clear the cache and cookies on that browser.

We recommend to send a payslip to yourself to establish if you are able to view the payslip correctly.
