Is it possible to import sales receipts with a class and/or custom field?

Currently, it is not possible to import sales receipts with a class and/or custom field as the required QuickBooks field when importing a sales receipt is already fixed, @mohammed3. However, you can make use of Batch transactions to seamlessly manage multiple sales receipts and add classes to them. Please note that this feature is exclusively available in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced. Allow me to guide you on how to do it.

Here's how:

1. Go to the + New button.
2. Under the Other column, select the Batch transactions option.
3. Tick Sales Receipts from the Select entity type dropdown, then click the Import CSV/Excel option.
   
4. Locate your CSV file for sales receipts on your computer, then hit Next.
   
5. Map the column headers in your CSV/Excel file to the QuickBooks fields. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
6. Click Next to continue.
   
7. Review the data, then click either Save or Save and send option.
   

Alternatively, if you're using other QBO subscriptions, you can consider using the Custom fields option in QuickBooks to add classes when creating sales receipts.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the LISTS column, select the Custom fields option.
   
3. Click the Add field option.
   
4. Enter the Name, then select either the Text and number or Dropdown list option from the Data type.
5. Tick the Sales Receipts and turn on its corresponding Print on form option. Hit Save when done.
   

Once saved, it will be automatically applied on the sales receipts.
