Is Quickbooks for Self Employed down

Hi All,

This evening I have been trying to logon to Quickbooks for Self Employed but keep getting a 404 Bad Request message.  I have tried two completely different internet connections and get the same result.  Is there some kind of planned outage? How do you get in touch with Tech Support?

 

I have loads to do and its not helping.

Let me help you fix your concern about error 404 in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). I'll assure you to make this as simple as possible.

 

Usually, a stored cache can cause this error message upon logging in to QBSE or accessing any pages. We can fix this by using a private window or incognito: 
 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift +P.

 

Check the page after logging into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Manage your account once the page load correctly. Then. to solve the issue altogether clear the cache in the default browser.

 

Furthermore, you can also use another supported browser to experience QuickBooks at its best.

 

Once done, if the issue still persists. I recommend contacting QuickBooks Self-Employed support so that they will be able to help you navigate the root cause of the issue.
