Issue with Quickbooks delinking our Bank Account and contacting the right support team

I'm the owner of a company that uses quickbooks. My account number is: [removed]699. I have called 3 times but in each case the customer rep. is unable to assist as my quickbook online account is based in Ireland. So the UK can't help, and the USA can't help. The problem is that there's no phone number for customer care in Ireland. 

Can someone please help me as our taxes are due next week and our CFO needs the live banking information.
