It's our priority to ensure you can connect your bank to QuickBooks, @userk-s-cleaningserv.

Are you trying to link your bank to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using the mobile app? The blank page is usually caused by too much historical data stored in your app or browser. By clearing its cache, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate.

To refresh app data:

  1. Go to Settings and select Apps.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Self -Employed and click Storage.
  3. Select Clear Data.

If you're using a web browser, I'd suggest accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once logged in, connect your bank again. If it works, clear your browser's cache. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

In the meantime, you can download an updated list of your transactions from your bank's website. Then, upload them to QuickBooks using a CSV file. You can check this article for the detailed steps: Add older transactions to QBSE.

I'd be happy to see you here again if you need more help with updating your transactions in QuickBooks. Have a great day.
