Lack of detail in bank transactions

Just logged on and I have 20 transactions to review - of these only 2 have any details (name of payee) and just states the card number and amount. This isn't enough and isn't what I've grown to expect. Is this an error? Or are you unable to support the features I subscribe for?

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Community page,

 

Can I just clarify your bank connected to QuickBooks if so this is what comes from the bank there is no way of changing this. If you have csv the transactions in then it is the description you have put in.
