Last few days mileage tracking is not working. It starts when I push start, stops when I push stop and then nothing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled... Same. On android

Mine hasn't worked since 7th Oct. 

I spoke to someone yesterday who told me that this is a known issue and is being investigated. They have not communicated this to us and I'm very annoyed about it. This is the reason I chose QB and now it's not fit for purpose.
