Latest bank transactions no showing

Hi, I use quickbooks self employed. A few days ago one of my bank accounts (natwest) linked is not showing the latest transactions from the past few days.  From the transactions page it says I need to renew my NatWest connection.  However, when I press renew connection it takes me to the new connection page but its not showing the renew connection tab for NatWest and instead it is saying that the account was updated a few minutes ago?!

I appreciate adding as much details as you can regarding the issue. I have a solution to help you resolve the Natwest connection renewal. 

 

You'll want to process the reconnection through an incognito or private browser. A cache-related issue can cause the new connection error loop.

 

Use these shortcut keys to open an incognito browser: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari (new versions): Command + Shift + N

 

Next, log in to your Self-Employed account and process the new connection again. When it updates properly, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache data. This effectively removes the webpage issue that's causing the issue.

 

Finally, close out any of the browser's instances to apply the new cache data. You can also use another supported browser instead.

After bringing in your Natwest transactions, you can start categorising them for your Self-Assessment taxes
