If you're referring to canceling your QuickBooks Online account, I can guide you with the steps.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
3. Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
4. Select Continue to cancel, then click Continue to cancel again.
5. Follow the on-screen steps.
6. Select Submit and cancel subscription, then click Got it. 

Once canceled, a confirmation email will be sent to the account admin.

We keep your data for a year after the cancellation date. You can always reactivate your account within that time so you can use the same file.
