With our Contact feature, users can get in touch with us easily. The Chat option is available from Monday to Friday all day. Thus, it should be working.


Did you utilize QuickBooks Online's Help function to connect with us? Also, did you encounter any error or prompt messages when accessing live chat?


If so, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to get it to work. First, open your QuickBooks account through an incognito or private window for testing. Here are the shortcut keys below for quick navigation:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P


Once logged in, select the Chat option again. If it works, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run smoothly. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
