Live monthly profit and loss

Let's determine why your Profit & Loss icon disappeared from the homepage and how to restore it in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @thebeargardener-.

If you're referring to the widget from the dashboard, it may have been accidentally removed. To verify, let's check the Widget library to see if it’s listed there. Refer to the screenshot below for a visual guide.

If it's there, simply click the (+) button to add it back to your homepage. If it's not there, we can perform some browser troubleshooting to determine if this has something to do with your browser's cache. 

We can start by signing into your QBO account using a private or incognito window. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. You can utilize the following keyboard shortcuts:

• Safari: Command + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

Once signed in, check if the Profit & Loss widget is on the homepage. If it's there, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to start afresh. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.
