log on to laptop

Hi can you help?  I cannot log in to QB on my laptop.  I can use the app on my phone but it won't recognise my email address to raise a query?  I

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try log into your account does the same thing still happen or not for you?
