Hi,  I am having trouble logging in.  I used my app to set everything up on the 30 day free trial.  This has now gone and i want to take advantage of the 50% off but unable to.  when i log in on the app it wants to go through my i tunes account which is £7.99 i dont want to pay that if i can get it for £4.  When i log into the account on the PC it just comes up with fetching data and nothing happens!! Can someone help?

The discounted promotional offering on the website is applied to new accounts upon sign-up, for those who opt for this over the 30 day free trial. 

 

As you have subscribed via the iTunes store, your billing will be via Apple who are a third-party re-seller of QuickBooks, and so prices may vary to our own. It is likely you are unable to use the account on the PC as the trial is expired - to reactivate, you would need to subscribe via the iTunes store :)
