Logging in to my account

I am trying to login to my account on a desktop and it has frozen on the 'we are fetching your data' screen. I've tried clearing cookies and my history and it's still not working. Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks for letting us know that you already cleared the cache to resolve the issue, hannahbould.

 

Aside from that, you'll also want to log in to QBSE in an incognito browsing session. You'll also want to use a different browser just in case the browser that you're using is having an issue. This can be the reason why you can't still log in even if you already cleared your browsing history. 

 

Here's how:

 

  • Ctrl Shift  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge
