Let's track recent changes and history of transactions by pulling up the Audit Log report.

You can refer to these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and select Audit Log under Tools.
2. In the Audit Log, click on the Filter button to narrow down your search.
3. Choose the filters you would like to use and set the date range.
4. Then, click on Apply. Your list of recent activities will be displayed.

Otherwise, your wife will have to re-enter them manually.

Know that a browser's cache can sometimes holds downloaded content and stores too much data which will cause odd behaviour within QBO. Being said, I encourage clearing the cache regularly to allow browser to function more efficiently.

If your wife is trying to record bank transactions, she can upload them using a WebConnect file. This is one of the great features in QBO, as this helps speed up the work.

Here are the steps:

1. Go to the bank's website and log in to your account.
2. Find the statement or transaction you want to bring into QBO.
3. Then, download the file and save it to your computer.

To import or upload the file:

1. Go to the Gear icon and choose Chart of Accounts under Your Company.
2. From the New drop down, choose Import.
3. On the Import accounts page, click on the Browse button and select the saved file. Then, choose Next.
4. Map your data and click on Next.
5. Once done mapping, select Next and choose Import.

If these aren't bank transactions, she will have to enter them manually.
