MAC OS Sonama 14.0 - Invoice Printing Issues with Google Chrome

Hi All,

 

After upgrading to Sonama all appeared fine until I tried to print invoices from QB using Google Chrome... The graphics appear but no text...

 

Firefox and Safari work OK.

 

Not sure if its Chrome or QB, but watch out for it

Sorry just spotted the other posts on the topic...

 

Still unsure if its QB or Google Chrome with the issue.

 

Firefox is fine as a workaround

Thanks for posting your concern here, @SteveO6. We understand that this has become challenging on your end. Let me share some insight about the newly released macOS Sonoma.

 

Before anything else, we'd like to recognize your effort in looking for a workaround to continue performing your task in QuickBooks accurately.

 

Any new operating system launch brings some compatibility issues for applications developed before the operating system was created.  We are aware of a couple of issues when using QB on the new macOS Sonoma. 

 

Intuit is working to deliver compatibility patches as soon as it can. We have to wait for Apple to release the final version to the public before we officially test our software. We hope to have this done within 1-2 weeks from the time the OS is released.
