Making contact with Intuit

I have a query I would like to speak to an expert about (its too complicated to write!) but the phone wait time is 30 mins and the chat doesn't seem to work - I complete my details and the page goes blank.  Anyone else had this problem?

Thanks for contacting Community.

 

Our phone lines are quite busy at the moment in the run up to year end for this tax year, we do have a callback option when in the queue to our support team so we will be able to ring yourself when it is your place in the queue. Can you please provide us the link you have tried to use for your online submission so that we can see why this has perhaps not worked for you.

Thanks Edward, appreciate the info and I will try again at a less busy time.  The chat link I used was the one offered within the Call Us section.  I've tried on a different computer and it works - any idea why it wont work on my home computer as that is where I'll be doing all the work?
