Mapping field for SKU in Estimate custom form

Hi,

 

I have tried to import the custom form for Estimate in Quickbooks Online. I have mapped field value with <SKU> but it did not show on Estimate form once it's done. Please advise how to manage this issue. Thank you.

Hello Vasu-nit, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

So the SKU is the item/service code, can you go to the master template in custom form styles and make sure that item code is selected as once its ticked it should show up for you on the template

    Hi Ashleigh1,

     

    Thank you for your reply. I already setting to show SKU and mapping field with <SKU> while uploading master template into QBO but it's not shown the SKU value.

    Hi vasu_nit Have you selected the item code within the master template? Select the cog/gear icon > custom form styles > select edit against the master default template > content > select the middle greyed out section on the right-hand side > select the item code > Done.
