The link you shared is for the US support. Here's the correct link to reach our agents in the UK: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact. Their schedule starts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You can contact our Customer Support Team within QuickBooks Desktop. Simply go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help. On the pop-up, click on Contact us.

 

We can perform some troubleshooting steps if you prefer the browser. First, open an incognito window and enter this link in the address bar: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.

 

Also, you can clear the junk files on your browser called cache. This is also the reason why we're experiencing errors. Follow the steps in this article: Clear cache. In addition, make sure that the browser is updated. Older versions can also result in unusual behavior.
