Mileage Log download

I have downloaded my May mileage but the spreadsheet shows no transactions...however I have reviewed all of my journeys in May and can see them in the App...

I tried the help section in the App but there seems to be no way to engage a human being!

Hello David

 

To confirm is it the case it shows in the app that the journeys are reviewed for May but you are not seeing this when you sign in via a browser?Could you send us a screen shot of the journeys showing as not reviewed so we can look into this for you.

 

The Self Employed product does not have phone support however you can reach out here, through the chat or on social media (QuickBooks Uk on FaceBook or Twitter).

i have similar problem i think. mileage logged via your app but when i wanted to download the file with my trips spreadsheet shows no content. cant email or download any data...

There’s an open investigation about downloaded trips not showing any data. This is already being worked on by our engineers, and are getting this issue fixed as soon as possible.


I want to ensure you’re updated on the progress of this issue. However, collecting personal details can’t be done here in the Community for safety purposes.


I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care team so they can add you to our notification list. You’ll receive an email once more information is available.


Here’s how to reach them:

 

  1. In your QBO company, go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Scroll down to select the Contact Us link.
  3. Enter contact support in the field box, and click on the Let's Talk button.
  4. Choose Chat or Call us.
  5. Provide this number to expedite the process: INV-32389.
