Mileage not working

I posted on here the other day but was told to contact online help. I can't see how to do that the only option I get is ask the community

Hi ellismp What's the issue that you're experiencing with the mileage function?

I have everything set up correctly but it only sometimes records journeys. 

 

For example, on Saturday I made a personal trip from home to a local shop. It recorded that journey but not the journey back. Yesterday I made a business trip from home to a venue. It recorded the trip but started it at the local shop I'd visited the day before, not from home..Very strange.

 

Often it records the journey to a location but not back. Sometimes it records pay off a journey of I stop somewhere on the way. 

 

Like I said I have checked and double checked all the settings. It has permission to run in the background etc etc

 Hello Ellismp, thanks for that information, Can you ring the supportline on 088 234 5337 so they can go on  a screenshare with you and look into it more for you as it may need raised up to the higher team which they will do whilst your still on the line thanks. The line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any uk landline or mobile.
