I can't imagine how challenging it must be for you to hear that the mileage tab is gone once more. Let's go through the troubleshooting steps to see the mileage tracking option in QuickBooks Mobile App.

 

There are times the QuickBooks Online application occasionally contains a lot of data, which can prevent mileage tracking from working properly. This strange behavior can be resolved by resetting the program to clear the cache and refresh it to its default state. 

 

Here's how for iOS:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Press Refresh to confirm.

 

These are the steps for Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Press YES to confirm.

 

After that, check the proper permission for your location tracking. Ensure it's set to Allow all the time and permission for physical activity is put Allow for accurate trip tracking.

 

Once done, you can check the mileage tab. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the application if the problem continues. This procedure helps to guarantee that the app you're using is on a clean slate.
