Mileage tracking message

Hi there -

 

I was wondering if there was a way to stop the app asking me if I want to set up mileage tracking every couple of days? It is becoming annoying to the point that I may stop using the app altogether.  I don't do any mileage for work, and I don't want the app tracking my movements, although I am sure you would love the data!   I can tell it I am not interested, but a couple of days later when I open the app it asks me again.

Hello Paul

 

Is this on the andriod/ios app or is this on the windows/mac app?I appreciate you do not use the feature or want to.We would need to look into what could be causing the notification to pop back up so we just need the app type and also do you have background refresh on for your apps?

Hi Emma -

 

It's the iOS app - comes up as a 'splash screen' ... not every time I open the app, but it seems to be every 2-3 days.  Apps are set to auto-update.
