Missing bank transactions

Hi, I'm trying to reconcile the bank and I have realised, a income transaction is missing from quickbooks. I have searched the bank account history for the amount but it's not there. I have searched the audit log and again no sign of it. Any idea on how I can retrieve it or what has happened. No other transaction is missing 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey SD27,

 

You can enter the missing transaction manually by either creating a sales receipt or an expense if this transaction was not imported from the bank feed :)
