Hello, @FabianWilliam.

I'll make sure you're able to view all your expense transactions. Let's go to the transactions page to see it.

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Change Type to All, Account to All, and then Date to All.
  3. You can also select the Custom date and ensure to include the date of the missing expenses.
  4. Click anywhere on the page to refresh.

With the above steps, you're able to filter your transactions to verify if they are recorded in QuickBooks. If you're still unable to find the expenses, you can manually add them by clicking on the Add transaction button. Refer to this article for details: Manually add transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

I'm also adding this link in case you need help with other QBSE-related tasks. It has topics with articles. Feel free to browse: View all help for QBSE.

Please let me know if you have other questions about expenses. I'm more than happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a good one.
