Mobile version of the app won't connect with the bank. Have un installed and re installed the app, refreshed the data and updated the phone. Still no difference

Hi matthew-ely13, thanks for letting us know that you're experiencing an issue with updating your account on the app.

 

Can we confirm which bank provider you're with, and if any specific error codes or messages appear on your banking dashboard in QuickBooks?

 

Please also check if you're able to update the account using the web version, by signing in either on a desktop browser or browser app (Chrome for Android or Safari for iOS).
