MRP Report

I am trying to find a report that summarises what I have on pending Customer orders (Estimates),  what stock I have and what stock I have on a Purchase order.  So I can work out what I need to order to replenish stock.

 

I cant see anything like this  .

 

The information is there but on different reports. Quickbooks doesn't seem to give the option to pull it together

I can get a report of pending orders but not by product detail.

I can get a report by product detail by orders but not by pending

I can get a report of stock qty and what is on PO

Thanks for coming to the Community, @pdickinsonquickb. I understand the need to run a report that shows a summary of what you want to show.

 

For now, the option to pull it together isn't available. However, you can pull up these reports and export them to Excel. That way, you're able to display what you only want to show. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1.  Go to the Reports menu, then search for and select the report you want to export.
  2. Select the Export icon at the top of the report. Then, select Export to Excel.
  3. Save the file on your desktop folder. 

 

For future reference, you can also create custom reports to get the data that matters to you and your business the most.
