My accountant cant view my accounts

the accountant might not have the right access their for is not seeing anything, can you tell them to go to team>click their name>client access> they need to make sure that your firm is ticked> go into firm administration and books> access needs to be full. once they have done and check these they should be able to see your account also they may need to clear their cache and cookies as well. let us know how you get on.
