Question

My amex account will no longer connect. It says they do not support Intuit France. I've contacted them and they say it's true. How can I work around this?

Hi Frestiee, we've recently resolved an issue relating to this specific error where the fix requires disconnecting and reconnecting the account in QuickBooks. Before you do this, please review any transaction in the 'for-review' tab as these may not be downloaded when re-connecting. If you have any further issues, get back to us below. 🙂
