My app is running super slow. Deleted then re installed already. My device has lots of space so not that either, any ideas?

I can provide some details on utilizing the QuickBooks Online mobile app, @sa-hadleyeng-icl.

 

Try to determine whether you're using an Android or iOS-compatible mobile operating system for smartphones and tablets. Please refer to the details I'll be sharing below.

 

iPhone / iPad:

 

  • OS 11.1 or newer
  • Safari browser. Just make sure Private Mode is off to allow cookies.
  • Although not officially supported, other browsers like Chrome and Dolphin could function.

Android smartphones and tablets:

 

  • Nougat 7.1.1 or newer
  • Chrome browser
  • Other browsers, such as Firefox and Opera, may work but aren't officially supported.
