My bank last balanced on 31/11/2018 QB cannot access my bank it gives me error messages 102 and 185. Should I get my subs refunded for the year?

I've checked our list of reported issues about the error, and didn’t see any similar ones, Esalglop.

 

I’d like to ask the bank that you’re using so I can further filter the report. This way, I can also give the right steps on how to get rid of the error. 

 

Bank error 102 means that QuickBooks is unable to connect with you bank’s website. Error 185 on the other hand indicates that your bank requires further verification after entering your User ID and password.

 

With regards to your subscription, I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They’ll provide more information on how to manage your account.

  1. Please log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Help icon and click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern that you’re unable to connect with your bank.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Select to the Start a chat button.
