Question

My co-op bank hasn't downloaded any transactions since 5/7/19 even though I it says it has downloaded? there are no error messages. what can I do?

I have accessed the bank via it's website and there is no problem there+ no error messages there.

Hi eyewearaccessori,

 

 

Please try updating the account through an incognito (private browsing) window by going to Banking > pencil icon on bank account > edit sign-in info. 

 

If the account does not update following this please let us know.
