My direct debit invoices still showing my correct name but a clients address. Do I have to cancel my direct debit to get this resolved?

Intuit have confirmed their backoffice taff are trying to rectify this, and so far it has been 3 months and still not resolved

I've looked into related issues about direct debit invoice shows an incorrect address but didn't find any. I'd recommend getting in touch with us again so we can further check your Direct Debit setup before you disconnect and connect it again.

 

Here's how to contact us:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks. 
  2. From the Help menu, click Contact Us
  3. Enter your question something like direct debit invoice shows incorrect address.
  4. Click Let's talk and start a message.
