My HSBC credit card will not download the latest transactions. It keeps asking for the security code, I put it in, it says all done with the green tick but fails?

Can we ask you to try logging into HSBC banking,there should be a message regarding an update to online banking or privacy if you can mark the message as do not show again,close your internet banking,clear the cache and cookies in  your browser,close the browser and then re-open it,go to QuickBooks and then update the banking section.
