It would be great if the customer didn't have to manually enter invoice number, amount etc. I've looked at several but can't decide. Anyone got got any experience? WhatsApp ideally would be best. He doesn't do heavy invoices, max 8 a day. I'm aware that QB has their own option but per transaction it's quite pricey for a small concern like ourselves.

You can process payments in most QuickBooks products with QuickBooks Payments. With QuickBooks Payments, you can accept credit card, debit, and ACH bank transfer payments. QuickBooks automatically categorizes each processed payment on your chart of accounts for you.

 

If want to sign up QuickBooks Apps you check this link. Make sure to change the region to UK on the upper right section.

 

There are also applications that integrates with QuickBooks. Find them on the search bar.
