Question

My p60's in documents will not open to enable me to print them off. What can the problem be? i'm on quickbooks online

Let me get the help you need in pulling up P60 document.

 

If I may ask, were you able to approved the period 12? To show the P60 document, you’ll need to approve it.

 

Once approved, to get this be fix we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps like using an incognito/private browser.
Just follow the keyboard shortcuts below to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

Once done, try to pull up the P60 document again and open it via Adobe Acrobat Reader.
