My qb app won't download bank transactions

It just says 'try again'. Works on desktop version

Let me help you get your bank feeds working again in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, @matthew-ely13.

 

The mobile app's outdated data is likely the cause of the unresponsive page or missing banking entries.  Let's clear the app's internet files to eliminate the corrupted cache and refresh it.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. From More Options⋮, choose Settings.
  2. Select Refresh Data, and then click Yes.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data, and then click Refresh.

 

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh its setup. For now, you can access the bank feeds using the web browser.
