Hello there, @swatson3.

First off, I appreciate the things you've done and Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. I'll share another set of steps to fix the error you're currently experiencing in your QBO app.

You can start by clearing your app  data. There are two ways to clear and remove cached data in in your QBO app. First is through the QuickBooks Online app itself. If you're using an Android device, here's how:

  1. Go to More Options ⋮
  2. Select Settings, then tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Yes.

For iOS, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Menu ☰.
  2. Select Help & Feedback and then tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh.

You can also clear the app data in your phone settings. For Android users, these are the steps:

  1. From your phone's settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks App from the list and then select Storage.
  3. Click clear data.

For iOS users, here's how:

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings and then click on General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Select an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

Additionally, you can refer to this article for more troubleshooting options for Android.

As always, you can get back to me if you need further assistance with this. You can also post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concern. I'm always around if you ever need my help. Keep safe!
