Hello there, @dunkinator82.

At this time, mileage tracking is only available for the iPhone. In the meantime, only the master admin can access the mileage tracking in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, if you are the master admin, Let ’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue to refresh your application.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help at the top menu bar.
  2. Choose Reset App Data.

If you continue to get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the application to start in a clean slate. I'll guide you through the process.

To remove:

  1. Drag the QuickBooks Windows app from the Applications folder to the Trash icon.
  2. Go to Finder, then choose Empty Trash.

To install:

  1. In your browser, enter this link: http://quickbooks.intuit.com/apps/.
  2. Scroll down to Get the QuickBooks Mac or Windows App section, click on Free Download.
  3. Click Download Now.
  4. Select the QuickBooks.dmg file in the downloads section.
  5. Drag QuickBooks to the Applications folder.
  6. Launch the QuickBooks App.

Let me know if there's anything else you need, and I'm happy to ensure your success.
