My transactions for review wont download,just says please wait continuously

Let's troubleshoot this so you can view your transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), darengeorge8.

 

Before we proceed, may I know the financial institution you're currently using and is there any other error aside you've encountered aside from the continuous message prompt? This way, we can provide more information regarding this. In the meantime, let's troubleshoot this by clicking the Refresh button at the upper left corner to update the displayed information.

 

Afterward, log in your account from the incognito or other supported browsers, then manually update your Bank Transactions. Kindly follow these steps:

Log in your QBO account from incognito or other web browser. 

 

  1. Log in your QBO account from incognito or other web browser.
  2. Go to the Transactions, then choose the Bank Transactions option.
  3. Click the Update option located beside the Link account dropdown.
  4. View your transactions from the For Review tab.
