My trial is showing as being expired, thought I set up DD on 20/05/19 Inv No [removed] for €14.70 monthly 0 co ID [removed].

I'll help ensure you're able to successfully set up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

Since the trial is already expired, we'll need your billing info to make your account active. Please make sure the billing address you enter is the same address on your credit card statement. This will allow QuickBooks to successfully direct debit (DD) your monthly subscription fees. 

Here's how: 

1. Sign in using your Intuit login credentials through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/pricing/ .
2. Choose your plan and click Buy now & save 50%.
3. Click Sign In.
4. You'll also have the option to use a different User ID when setting up your account. 
5. Choose Continue to Buy. 
6. Enter your payment info. 
7. Make sure to enter the correct billing address. 
8. Check the enrollment agreement box. 
9. Click Buy QuickBooks Online. 

Once done, you can go to your QBO account to update your other company settings, such as managing your billing details. For more details, please visit this article: Update Your Card Information.
